How to Purchase The Products

You can visit the Prakritrim Herbal Center along with your member ID and purchase goods according to your need, for every purchase made you will be issued sales invoice . Ensure the followings.
(a) Check whether invoice number , name of Herbal center address , date and signature appears in the sales invoice you receive.
(b) Check whether the member price is as per the list mentioned in the company’s current price.
(c) Check that your member ID Number and Name appears on the sales invoice.

Eligibility Criteria to avail Commission

1.Every member must complete his / her personal 800 business on before 20th of every month by purchasing goods as per commission roll up criteria.
2.The conditional rollup rule will not be applicable for the new activation income.

Rules and Regulations

*1. Every member of the company is expected to be sincere in intentions and ready to put efforts towards group formation and promotion of the products. marketed by the company.
*2. A member shall be entitled for commissions on his/her group formation and group purchases and other incentives as applicable in force, However the same shall be subject to completion of business requirements and other conditions in this matter, that are in force and amended from time to time.
*3. The company does not guarantee any definite income to any member. Alt the earning of the members shall solely depend upon his/her group formation and group purchasing
*4. In case of any correspondence with the company the member should always quote his ID.
*5. A member shall be diligent and truthful in his interaction with other member of the company.
*6. All the matters and cases shall be subject to Dumka jurisdiction only.
*7. The member ID is not transferable and non-refundable.
*8. Confirmation as a member does not create any employer/employee relationship , agency partnership or joint venture between the member and company.
*9. Them member will not have any right /authority to incur any debit/ liabilities/ obligation for and on behalf of the company
*10.The relationship may be cancelled by the company on the ground of deliberate damage to the name, products, assets etc. of the company by the member. The company is also entitled to forfeit the dues payable to the member.
*11. A member shall not sponsor any person who has been already sponsored by another person as member of the company.
*12. A member cannot have more than one member ID at a time. If the member has more one number , the decision of the company will final and binding .A member cannot obtain member ID in the name of spouse or other blood relation for matters like group formation, products promotion etc.
*13. A member is required to assist his/her down line member.
*14. A member shall not make any claim, commitments to the general public about the products, company, or his own position in the company that are not supported by the company or are impracticable.
*15.The members shall not try to exaggerate or make false claims about the company’s products or service to impress the general public and downline fellow member. The member shall not misguide anyone regarding company’s products /services.
*16. A member shall truthfully provide full and correct information about himself and his family required by the company whenever the company requires he/ she shall submit full and correct information without any objection.
*17. Any violation of the above rules shall constitute unfair business/unethical practices and defaulter shall be liable to such penalty or punishment as defined and decided by the company.
*18. In case of any dispute between member and the company the decision taken by company shall be treated as final and binding on all the members.
*19. Whenever a member is suspended, his/her suspensions shall be imposed for a certain period, During the suspension period the member shall not be allowed to participate in any group formation, other development activity and the programmes of the company.
*20. Once the ID is cancelled the member is not allowed to use logos or symbols, pin and badges as awarded by the company or indulge in any group formation or group development activity.
*21. Company employees or manufactures or their representatives cannot become active member of the company.
*22. No member shall become members of any other MLM company .If he desire to join any other MLM company he can do so after resigning from the company. Any person who is associated with any other MLM company can become member of the company after his resignation from such company.
*23.Upon death of member the relationship shall stand transferred to nominee mentioned in the Free registration form who will be entitled to receive all benefits. This will be done on death certificate and other necessary papers being submitted to the company along with an application by the nominee.

Code of Ethic for member
As a member of the company every member shall conduct his business as per the following guidelines laid down by the company.

* 1.For development of Prakritrim India business every member shall work with devotion, full commitment, sincerity and deliver the best results.
* 2.All the members are required to strictly comply and adhere to all the rules & regulations formulated by the company.
*3. The company reserves the right to make any policy amendments from time to time in order to ensure complete compliances to its policies & procedures. The company will not allow any outside interference in this matter.
*4. Member who further sponsor new members shall have to put in their active efforts.
*5. Every upline members shall keep his/her downlines aware of the rules, regulations, circular, policies directives and products of the company from time to time.
*6. Every member shall explain the Prakritrim India business opportunity to any prospective or existing member in an honest manner. He shall refrain from encouraging any one to join by the extrapolation or exaggeration.
*7. Every member shall explain the product detail strictly in accordance to the details mentioned on the product literature, without making any misleading or unauthorized claims.

Variation in Member’s Status
*1. Marriage : In case any two existing members get married to each other, they are allowed to maintain their individual network of members as they had before marriage. The merger of their individual group is not allowed.
*2. Death:In case of death of any members the rights responsibilities and income would be transferred to the nominee mentioned on application form of the decreased.

Change in the nomination: Any applicant desirous for change in the name of nominee should furnish an affidavit on Rs 20/- rupees stamp paper mentioning the name of the nominee/nominees No responsibility for delays dues to crisis The company shall not be responsible for any delays, failure in performance due to circumstances beyond either party’s control , which includes without any limitation, strikes riots, labour difficulties, war, fire death, curtailment of party’s usual source of supply or government orders.

Legal and taxation consideration

Every members is solely responsible for operating his Prakritrim India Business in accordance with the law and rules and regulation applicable. Every member is responsible for understanding his individual tax and legal situations and is advised to discuss the same with his own tax and legal consultant before starting with the Prakritrim India business. *4. Though the registration with the company is not restricted to any Indian based on religion ,caste, region, sex etc. the company reserves its absolute right to reject application of any person without assigning any reason thereto.
